Role Description

We are looking for an AI Agents Engineer who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment, someone who can build, ship, iterate, and take ownership of real AI-powered products. This is not a research-only role. You will work on practical applications of machine learning and generative AI, deploying models into production and directly impacting customers. You will build data pipelines for training, evaluation, and inference while optimizing model performance, cost, and latency in real-world systems. Key Responsibilities

  • Build AI-powered features using Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and modern ML libraries

  • Develop complex multi-step agentic pipelines and implement workflows around LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models etc)

  • Build tools enabling AIs to interact with critical enterprise software platforms.

  • Develop retrieval systems using vector databases (Pinecone etc)

  • Deploy AI services using FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms

  • Create evaluation frameworks for model accuracy and reliability

  • Monitor models post-deployment and continuously improve them

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles

  • 1+ years experience with LLM frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar

  • 1+ years experience with NLP, recommendation systems, or structured prediction tasks

  • Familiarity with model training, fine-tuning, and inference optimization
