Role Description

We are looking for an AI Agents Engineer who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment, someone who can build, ship, iterate, and take ownership of real AI-powered products. This is not a research-only role. You will work on practical applications of machine learning and generative AI, deploying models into production and directly impacting customers. You will build data pipelines for training, evaluation, and inference while optimizing model performance, cost, and latency in real-world systems. Key Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered features using Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and modern ML libraries

• Develop complex multi-step agentic pipelines and implement workflows around LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models etc)

• Build tools enabling AIs to interact with critical enterprise software platforms.

• Develop retrieval systems using vector databases (Pinecone etc)

• Deploy AI services using FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms

• Create evaluation frameworks for model accuracy and reliability

• Monitor models post-deployment and continuously improve them

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles

• 1+ years experience with LLM frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar

• 1+ years experience with NLP, recommendation systems, or structured prediction tasks

• Familiarity with model training, fine-tuning, and inference optimization

• Understanding of RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, and evaluation

• Hands-on experience working with structured + unstructured data pipelines

• Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts including algorithms, data structures, and system design, Python programming and problem-solving ability

• Experience building and deploying ML models beyond notebooks

This is not a campaign management role. You will be responsible for building our own bulk email infrastructure, including delivery pipelines, personalization systems, and deliverability optimization at scale.

You will work on systems that handle high-volume outbound communication, manage domain reputation, optimize inbox placement, and integrate deeply with product and customer data. If you enjoy building distributed systems, optimizing performance, and solving real-world deliverability challenges, this role is for you.

This is a full-time, 100% remote-first role located in India for an Email Marketing Engineer. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth, improve communication systems, and build core infrastructure for outbound engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build a scalable bulk email sending system from scratch

• Develop email delivery pipelines capable of handling high throughput

• Implement domain/IP warm-up strategies and reputation management

• Configure and manage SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and email authentication systems

• Build personalization and templating engines for dynamic email content

• Optimize deliverability (inbox placement, spam avoidance, bounce handling)

• Implement tracking systems (opens, clicks, replies, conversions)

• Develop queueing, retry, and throttling mechanisms for email sending

• Monitor system performance, delivery rates, and domain health

• Integrate email systems with CRM, product data, and internal tools

• Continuously experiment and improve email performance and reliability

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in backend engineering / growth engineering / email systems

• Proven experience building or working on bulk email sending systems

• Strong understanding of email deliverability and sender reputation

• Hands-on experience with SMTP protocols and email infrastructure

• Experience configuring SPF, DKIM, and DMARC

• Strong programming skills (Python, Node.js, or similar)

• Experience with distributed systems, queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.), and async processing

• Familiarity with databases and data pipelines

• Strong problem-solving and system design skills

We are looking for a Product Support Engineer who thrives in our fast-moving startup environment, someone who can debug, solve, and take ownership of customer issues end-to-end.

This is not a traditional support role. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and customers, ensuring that real-world operational problems are understood, diagnosed, and resolved quickly. You will investigate issues across APIs, databases, logs, and integrations while collaborating closely with engineering to drive resolutions and improve the product.

This is a full-time role based out of Mohali, India for a Product Support Engineer. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions and contribute to the overall improvement of the Product.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues across the platform

• Debug problems across APIs, databases, logs, and system workflows

• Reproduce issues and clearly document root causes and steps to resolution

• Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize and fix bugs

• Troubleshoot integrations (APIs, webhooks, third-party systems, carrier connections)

• Handle data discrepancies and operational edge cases within the system

• Support product releases by validating fixes and identifying regressions

• Communicate effectively with customers via email, calls, or chat

• Contribute to internal documentation and improve support processes

• Act as the voice of the customer to influence product improvements

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Product Support / Technical Support / QA / Implementation roles

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Good understanding of web applications and system architecture

• Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and debugging tools (e.g., Postman)

• Comfortable writing SQL queries for data investigation and validation

• Basic scripting knowledge (Python or JavaScript preferred)

• Experience working directly with customers and handling production issues

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly

• Ability to work independently and take ownership in a startup environment
